FRM's: You've been warned

If you are desperate for a job, then JnJ FRM is for you. If not, and you have time with experience, I would skip this place. I was there for 4 months and it was a NIGHTMARE. First, all the FRM's are from Xcenda (the bottom of the pit), the place looked like the hood. Second, they hired 60 plus FRM's with insane overlapped routings areas; like what in the wicked world are they thinking? Third, the ADs are all from sales with zero experience in access with a huge ego.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Agreed!

The ONC FRMs are literally over glorified call center representatives and you literally have to brown nose all the DM's. I have seen FRMs literally jump off the bridge (figurative speech), if the OS/DM ask them to.

They also treat you like glorified sales people with KPIs that are more “sales driven”. I’ve never had an FRM position like it! None of their systems they have work either!

I had the opportunity to work there with the ONC team and I left in April. I feel like they threw 500 things at me with no clear instructions because they don't know themselves at the leadership level plus they won't admit it, and expects you to deliver their way....here is the probem: I don't know which way is the correct way because leadership does not know themselves! Also, the local/network split was so confusing and created friction with everyone including the OS's.

Also, be ready to be a mule for all the field partners if you do decide to join.
