Describes my team exactly. To do anything, our first default is a Teams calls to talk about things but do nothing. Most of the district can't operate independently at anything. Always bitching about needing "direction" and "cross collaboration". At least it looks like we are heading into a new ranking system where I only have to beat the lazy around me, not the competitors. Love it that 90% of the district lays around most days waiting for someone to tell them how to do their jobs.I can't do anything unless I hear from leadership, have 3x TEAMs call per week, and get my goals lowered.
