Eye Care = Toast



Those waiting for leadership, don’t hold your breath. You actually need leaders to have leadership.
Leaders exist at all levels. Go make some calls. Go make some good calls. Go to work. Quite crying in the corner, whining like a gimp that you need some inspiration. Weak.

We have some people on our team, fueled by our RSM, who are just passive aggressive and constantly making sarcastic comments about how they can't be expected to go do our jobs until they "hear" from senior leaders. From the CEO to the CCO to the GM all the way down. As if any of that matters. I think they just like complaining and they long for the old days when we were babied.

I don't see how this gets fixed. We launched. We failed. One of the worst launches in industry history. FACTS.
 
I can't do anything unless I hear from leadership, have 3x TEAMs call per week, and get my goals lowered.

Describes my team exactly. To do anything, our first default is a Teams calls to talk about things but do nothing. Most of the district can't operate independently at anything. Always bitching about needing "direction" and "cross collaboration". At least it looks like we are heading into a new ranking system where I only have to beat the lazy around me, not the competitors. Love it that 90% of the district lays around most days waiting for someone to tell them how to do their jobs.
 
I'm not doing anything until I hear from Leadership. I'm not making calls. Not doing lunches. Not sampling. I am not even leaving the house.

I am incapable of doing anything other than collecting my paycheck unless I hear from leadership 3x a week, told I am important, and told what and how to do it.

I am the most entitled rep in eye care.

Stay lazy my friends.
 
So many great reps have left. What are you doing to turn around this sinking ship? You hired young to backfill great talent. That was your answer haha.

Actual Facts:

1-very few great reps left. We had very few. Think back and look around the room.
2-coverage is fine, although the Medicare losses are still hurting me
3-our compliance killed speaker programs by having a rule of 1 lifetime attendance per deck. Interesting that you fail to mention our RSM just increased our L&L budget.
4-there is no hiring freeze at all liar - my RSM just hired.
5-we were lied to for 2 years. We were told we were doing great. We were told about all our prescriber growth. We were told we were special. Then, the reality was we had to lower goals or 99% of us wouldn't have made any bonus. Facts are we failed.

Please leave. Please leave with all the other "great ones"
 
Can the core group of complainers that poison every single district call please leave for Lenz. Quickly.

We see you. You complain about everything. You take most calls in T-shirts at home or at a cafe. Go make some calls.

You have not been helpful to us newer reps with your can't do anything attitudes. Go away.
