Absolutely, anyone staying more than 2 years at shit hole pharma company gets viewed as damaged goods. Hiring mgrs know the story and the question becomes why has this rep hung out so long at this company? At that point, the rep is screwed and has no choice but to become a lifer at a place like Alk.
