Is it worth leaving Women's Health to join Opthamology if I want to stay with Astellas for another 3 years?
Tell me more about this? Not really, dead end division
Produces??Are there other produces in Women's Health, any follow-on products? Or is fezo a one-trick pony?
This division is like an episode of Walking Dead on repeat.Women’s Health is on thin ice. After 2 years, Veozah is not even paying for the cost of selling it. Hormones are back to stay, and the market just isn’t supporting a very expensive partial solution to menopause problems that women face. Sales reps know it and are leaving in droves. The rest of us are gritting our teeth and hoping for another layoff. For most of us, a severance package will be the best Veozah bonus that we will ever see.

Can you elaborate on this. Is there even a pipeline? Is there a risk they will do away with the team. I am interested in the company but wondering more about the benefits, paid time off and all the additional perks of these roles in addition to the health of the team and product. This division is like an episode of Walking Dead on repeat.
None of your frickin beeswax. Do your own research on our company, etc. friggin loser. Can you elaborate on this. Is there even a pipeline? Is there a risk they will do away with the team. Company car, 401K, 2 weeks off for Christmas break, Summer Break in July, Standard Holidays off. Pipeline is dead and Veozah is a dog drug with Black box warning, blood monitoring and still no CVS Caremark coverage. We are about to get our asses beat by Bayer in August. Micromanaging nightmare but take the job and still look until you find something better. Good luckCan you elaborate on this. Is there even a pipeline? Is there a risk they will do away with the team. Sage advice. Spot on. However, Veozah is actually a great drug that REALLY works on hot flashes. The launch was horribly mismanaged, and our label negotiators wear diapers to keep from pissing themselves. Also, our managed markets wizards screwed us from the start. Veozah is a train wreck in slow motion. Take the job, pay your bills, and look for a different train.Company car, 401K, 2 weeks off for Christmas break, Summer Break in July, Standard Holidays off. Oh yeah! Why? Up over 20% first quarter. Complain less and work more. Don’t be a negative employee. Embrace your situation and create change for the patients. If you don’t like it here LEAVE!Not really, dead end division
WOW someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Lots of people can do their research on the company and maybe they did but not the same as getting intel from the team that is there and has the inside scoop of the company. I am sure you did the same loser when you do your job search. Don't be an ass be kind.None of your frickin beeswax. Do your own research on our company, etc. friggin loser.
