This is getting even dumber. So we can’t support the people in the field with enough implants so some genius comes up with the idea for everyone to template cases and order an ‘optimized implant bank’. Sounds reasonable in theory but it’ll never pan out in larger accounts. Not to mention the backorders that you won’t have time to plan around because of the shift to just-in-time inventory management. I can’t wait to tell my surgeons that we don’t have enough implants because his case didn’t end up being close to our templated size prediction.
