az is what was bloated, and facing patent expiries. Medi was already lean on commercial side, and contributing positive results. Sorry public health folks, but PH has no role other than FM. Give the DoD sites back to bss.

PH is fine there are only like 20 of them and they were hit last year. They also go to the state people as well as city health departments and FQHCs. Those people are never home. Too much to lump onto BSS.
