WTF? Did I miss the memo? Let me hear this from the bankruptcy court themselves, not anyone employed by Accentia. I'd like to know what others are doing, if anything. It's enough injustice to not payout the incentive comp we all rightfully earned. Now they're off the hook for 80% of the vacation pay we had coming. Where is the justice in that? Is their financial situation still dire enough that I need to cut THEM a check?
