2011 the year of documentation

2011 will be a very challenging year for us Reps company wide. Generic competition and patent cliffs are arriving quickly, and our recent string of unsucessful drug approvals, will be the pressure points of 2011. The RSD's and DSM's will be holding REPS accountable for everything, and will use any written form of communication as evidence of past conversations. COVER YOUR A S S. Document EVERYTING as legally as you can in your emails, and as delicately as you can as to not to draw attention from management. Document everything everyday and secure in a private place. Journals or diary's are two examples.
Keep your head down and press on like business as usual. Show an increased level of energy. GOOD LUCK !

It's like musical chairs. There are fewer and fewer people to keep track of, so the magnitude of scrutiny increases. I will thoroughly enjoy watching more carnage in middle management this year though. You're about to see the wholesale railroading of entire regions. You heard it here first.
