This year's Comp plan is the biggest joke ever!!! Trocars 20%!!!!! Last year they were 8%!!!! Good luck to all the reps with HCA accounts:) paying back all the as JD likes to say "House Money" at 20% when you only made 8% on it. Target Comp is 45k per year???? Wow!!! Not quite the 125k-150k they told me a few months ago. Resume update time.
 


word on the street in corporate is Said thinks the target comp for its reps should be just under $100k. He doesn't believe the reps actually doing the selling should be making any money at "HIS" company. I wish I never came here. For anyone thinking of coming here, please read the last 6-7 years of posts because they are all true.

If that's the word on the street then it must be true.

You guys are always good for a laugh. "word on the street is..." "I know someone inside the hole office who heard...." "rumor has it...."

Do you realize how stupid you all are by believing this?

It all usually turns out to be true though doesn't it? Yep
 


45k is target commission this year if you hit all the stupid buckets and are cool with 102% maximum payout on quota. FYI the best way to demotivate a sales person is to cap the comp plan Especially at something so small as 102%. Total joke !!!

Not one part of the new plan is realistic or even complete for that matter. At our meeting in CA, they admitted they're still working on it. Why even bother complaining? The whole plan is designed to screw us out of money. One of the DMs asked a couple questions and their answers were absolute bullshit. They didn't even know the plan well enough to talk about it.
