2021 Hiring for Key Account Execs




It's nice to the the HC market opening up. Any real insight/info on current company Culture/Cars/Training for new hires? Be gentle, its a new lay of the land.

Culture..... FFS, if I hear the word 'culture' one more time! Culture doesnot mean shit. The company can tout the best corporate culture they want all day long but if you manager and local team suck then your culture sucks. Or if your manager and local team are rocks stars and you are killing it then who gives a shit about the corporate culture?

Car - if the car is a deciding factor then yu are chasing the wrong job. That being said, GE's car program is medicocre at best.

Training - there isn't any

If you can land a Key Account Executive roll..... Go for it because they don't do shit! Sit at home send out a few emails... hop on a few calls and then go golfing by noon.

Car - low end Toyota Camry or an Equinox SUV. That being said, that is pretty much norm now for fleet vehicles.

This post is spot on... The Key Account Executive role is cush...... As a KAE, if you work more than 2 hours a day you are doing something wrong. They do nothing but take all the credit and get paid on the work that EVERYONE else does.
