I joined JJ last summer and received an exceptional rating for 2024. But my merit increase is only 1.8%, which seems to be quite low compared to industry level (~3%). Does it have anything to do with me joining mid year in 2024? My bonus rate is also much lower than the target. Quite frustrated as a career newbie.
