2nd Round of layoffs?


I hope the avp’s, 500k, and rsd’s, 350k, enjoy their retention guarantees while they spin the corporate message to reps who haven’t received a thing. Reps are the foot soldiers with the relationships.

Coles has given the word that there will be no more lawsuits filed as it is a huge cash burn. You can leave and take your business to the highest bidder. Other people have and all they get is a letter but no lawsuit.
Think about it - if things were so great and the future so rosy why would they need to pay the AVPs and RSDs to stick around?

1. Non-competes are definitely still being enforced. You need to personally know more people.

2. You're dumb for even considering OI. They are PE owned and will be gone within 18 months...probably less depending on cash burn and/or how fast they can get injectable to market. And good luck at Integra where careers go to die.

More reps leaving to the competition. It’s good to know this AVP thinks that’s impossible.
 
All of the flunkies are going there. I know one person who sold 2 grafts in 9 months going to OI.
