Retention rates are horrible because compensation. Summer is approaching and reps will make nothing in bonus during this period. This is tough since no one is making anything in Q1 either. Expect to see another sizeable departure in reps by late summer to early fall.
We will be lucky to generate $350M this year. Qelbree has been a big disappointment.
