Pricing is a big part of the strategy. Yes, other parts could have been better, but the price made Jat an impossible sell on any large scale.

The entire commercial launch and strategy was botched. Jaeger had no clue what he was doing. The pricing, the HUB, copay design, coverage by payors, all rushed and never thought out.
