A message to all Allergan Reps...






I'm not sure how much hemp you've been smoking, but Allergan base pay blows. The B&C has been very good at times, but that's it. The new hiring going on now in CNS has pay all over the place, including much higher than current employees. Maybe if they didn't do this ridiculous expansion they could pay better. How about you don't hire a 3rd rep for a territory that doesn't need it?
 










Allergen was the bottom picker of the industry. They only hired inexperienced enterprise rental car reps with barely a year of behind the counter “Would you like to upgrade to midsize for an extra $7 a day” experience.

I looked up some of them on LinkedIn. One of them has Representative of the Year in his headline. Upon further inspection, it was four years ago. The guy wears it as well as the pink Cadillac plastered with Mary Kay stickers found at the local junkyard.
 


As we speak, Allergan DM's are interviewing and hiring people barely out of college and with minimal to no sales experience. There's nothing a psychiatrist/neurologist likes more than having a 24 yr old "hold them accountable." It's a joke and it's being played on Abbvie.
