This is a very important point. Many are leaving and many more are searching. There is a self selection process taking place over time. People who are interested in a better working environment are leaving. People interested in science, development, patients, and customers are leaving. So, who does that leave? People who can't find a job or people who are motivated by share price appreciation. Not an equation for long term success.

Yea, look elsewhere. Maybe Allergan will work for you. I'm sure if Pfizer is ultimately successful in buying them, they will keep everyone, tell them how much they value them, leave R&D totally alone and put patients first in every decision. The world as you define it is too small. There are many companies and opportunities beyond big Pharma and Pharma in general. I feel a bit sorry for you if you haven't experienced any environment better than this.
