Applied is going to lose all their good reps if they don't realize that unless they strike a deal with an IHN. You can't expect your reps to focus on selling one product that has no shot without corporate approval. Voyant is a good product, but it's the same as Ligasure. You aren't going to be able to sell on any clinical difference. Applied needs to wake up and realize this. It's a me too product. There's literally nothing revolutionary about it so don't try and sell it that way. Doctors aren't stupid. Get Voyant on an IHN and have your reps work to implement it. That's the only way it is going to ever get in a hospital. The lack of getting anything done at a corporate level should show you that the top of the food chain folks have literally no connections with top brass at IHN's. Yet blame the reps who are out there struggling because they have no firepower. The comp plan is garbage so don't be shocked when your best reps leave because you created a mess. Just look at the turnover in the past year. Probably the highest for Applied ever. You can't make money at Applied right now or in the foreseeable future.
