New name, same shitty company. I come to work every day at the Charelston site and watch great employees get treated like crap. Management sucks from the top on down. NH walks around like she's scared all the time, and can't make a decision on her own. Inexperience at its finest. MDC has serious "Napolean Issues" a.k.a. "Little Man Syndrome" he's a prick. A little one at that. Plain and simple. Puts fear into employees to make himself feel bigger. TD is an aggressive asshole with a big mouth who is very disrespectful to all employees, but if you fuck him like BM does, you can get 3 promotions in about 4 months. HR (PH) doesn't give a crap about why the turnover is so high in every single dept, why so many employees are looking for another job, or why good employees just up and quit. Their word means nothing. They are sneaky, untrustworthy and manipulative. Manufacturing is full of improperly trained "technicians". The warehouse only has one person that know what he's doing, that area is a serious clusterfuck. The inspection dept?? OMG. They don't inspect according to the SOP, (Head QA personnel know and do nothing) Everyone cheats on the visual inspection qualification test to get "qualified" because the test kit is so old, you can't see anything in those vials. It's pathetic. And somewhat scary. They have fired everyone except one lady who did everything (she just walked out one morning). So much for the importance of THAT job. This company sucks. Don't move here to work for this company. You'll regret it before 2 months. Seriously. You will.

AMEN. Same crappy company trying to squeeze every penny out of the employees without spending anything on equipment or salaries
 


These statements are false. HR is on to you. Instead of posting false lies on CP I suggest you get back to work, maybe give up your weekends especially around the holidays and start making us some money. After all the executive team needs to keep up the weekly parties with their girlfriends. You've been warned.
 


They wont be making any money after the fda finds out there bad documentation. The directors are so dumb they cant figure if out if want to make money or steal money.

LMFAO.... FALSE??? Truer words have never been spoken about AAI/ALCAMI.
We all know that.
The EU will be doing their audit in a couple of weeks. People around here have been scrambling trying to get documentation, etc. in order. People who no longer work here will get the blame for anything and everything the EU auditors find wrong.
HR couldn't find their way out of a wet paper bag. They're useless. Both PH and NN.
Executive Leadership Team. What a crock. That's the biggest lie for a "team" title I've ever heard.
 








The Quality dept is pretty bad too. They don't give a crap about quality. They just want numbers out of the door. Quality dept has been aware of problems for a long time. They were informed of all kinds of problems. Did they care? No. Did they investigate? No. Hell, they NEVER EVEN GO IN THE BACK!! They don't care....about training, about SOP's being followed, about HOW product is being made, about what goes on around that place. Shortcuts being taken to "save" time. Some equipment isn't even being cleaned prior to use. Just a quick rinse with hot water is good enough these days. No sampling, no testing, no lab report confirming something is clean. My dishwasher probably cleans my dishes better, and I'm not making injectable drugs in them for crying out loud.
