His attitude is the norm for most of PM mgt team.
Just look at the faces of your coworkers! Most people are just miserable. This is the worst morale I've seen during any mgt here.
It amazing what people will adapt to to stay employed at AAI. There is some tough people here.

John is not naturally an evil person. But he is easily induced to become evil. He accepted to become a (terrible) director when the psychopaths took over the company. Stress was all over him for way too long. He did not have the guts to resist or escape. He was a "willing executioner". Many like him are still here.

One day PW praises your work, adjusts your salary because of client feedback, promtes you based on performance etc etc. Then the switch flips and your incompetent and ineffective!
This will be a blessing for John! He may not think so now, but he should look at this as good ridence of the unneeded stress and having to deal with the PW sacks of SH!ts.

I sent those out last week. Did we have a problem with the reports?
 


I left AAI some time ago. Will someone fill me in on this "John Boy" person. Was he at HQ-wilmington? Have they gotten rid of that arrogant, non-bathing greek dude yet? God damn, I'm glad i left that place.
