My best tip is to not interview for this company. Current leadership of this company is reckless, making one bad decision after another. They have fired most of the people that made AAI a respectable company in the contract manufacturing business.

For an interview, you should practice by having someone uncomfortably staring at your eyes, not diverting, and asking questions.

loser company, I interviewed six months back and aced all the question then the moron manager tell me (I have 20+ year in pharma at novartis ananytical chemist, plus IT, ELN, LIMS, regulatory, lab support) in NJ, this position plays up to 70K but in NC your 95K, equals our 70K so 70K here is the same. Gee, gas, food and a new car is the same as NJ. This company is full of r*****s in management, aviod these r*****s.

Will they hire if you had a DUI over ten years ago. Only blew .06 and was not legally drunk, but was only 20, so anything is considered drunk. Have not had alchol since, never drank anything but socially, however losing your license for a year will change your mind about drinking period.

It has been over ten years will it even show up. I am a superstar B2b sales, but heard DUI in pharma is the kiss of death. Will they find out????
