Welcome to corporate America. In that respect AAI is no different from any other company.
What is different is the level of compentence of mangement. Maybe, just maybe, the CEO of Lancaster or Covance or PPD deserves to be rewarded for his/her performance......ours does not.
It's amazing the number of stories that are escaping the walls of aai. I'm not surprised. The woman with a stick is clearing her throat and is getting to sing.
Look at the ridiculous things that have been done here. It has not been a waste of millions like Unilife but it was a poor use of resources. I bet there is a bunch of f##K up mess from California to Carolina!
