NO - I AM A SMART AND RESPECTED IT MANAGER !! And my job is safe because they cannot outsource the leader. Here's what happened: I did not want to see so many get canned here but my boss only looked at the bottom line and an Indian IT worker gets about 25-30% of one of my IT workers here. So there's simply no way I could justify keeping all my downlines who were like an extended family. They cost too much. I had to let all but 2 go.
