Territories too small, too many stepping over each other, etc. Be prepared in all products for a humongous reorg that will address this and result in a tremendous downsizing of primary care and specialty sales forces. It will be sooner not later. The supposed "pipeline" is too far down the road to absorb many of these surplus reps. ZS has it all laid out; it is just a matter of the phone calls and announcements being made. Complete collapse of top sales management positions as well. Random, legally sanitized criteria established to avoid any subjective claims of bias for those eliminated.
