Accenture vs. IBM (ASM)

IBM, Accenture, conizant, who else... don t blame the company, how much are we ready to pay?

all of these companies have very good people as long as we decide we will pay for them?

is this make sense?

Accenture is the worst, they embody their old parent organization [Arther Anderson] and their whole goal is entrench and then make you pay when you cannot turn elsewhere. They hire people who barely are qualified and encourage them to campaign to a hire position.

Any corporation who sells out the supporting division should fall. They sell out their internal history, smart corporations pick up the most talented and capitalize on it, thus making the client dependent upon them ... then they can jack up the rates when the time is right.

How on earth is this different from any other consulting agency? Can you give a complaint specific to the company instead of sharing something so DUH?
