100k for a AM position is nuts.$100k base. You’ll never make a bonus. Ask your hiring manager to see documentation for the prior 2 years bonus history for your territory before you even think about working here. Galderma will tell you what you want to hear- that you’ll make $20 k per quarter at plan and double that at 120%. Just do your due diligence and get documentation. Galderma will ask you for documentation about your sales history and you should also ask Galderma about its sales and payout history. Over 70 reps quit in 2024- this company sucks more dong than a p diddy freak off.

This is the most realistic answer. Territory alignment makes a huge difference in attainment. This year we saw reps who won presidents club year after year get realigned to shitty territories and make no money. Quotas are so high that it is unrealistic. The company wants you to hit 85% so they hit their number and don’t have to pay you. There are no vacation days. Even if you take a vacation day, you are expected to work the entire time. The job is 24/7 365 days/year. When we were making $350k+ it was worth it. Not worth it for a base salary.$100k base. You’ll never make a bonus. YesCan someone explain how the comp plan/bonus structure works?
Horizon now Amgen. Everyone one here makes pretty close to 300k min and up to 450k if you are a top performer. That is for reps. 200k base, 16k plan- most making 25k a quarter, contests another 50-100k a year. Some start up oncology companies come close, some ultra rare disease companies match.Where else can Reps make $250Gs and ASDs make $500Gs with the qualifications of working at a gas station ??? Tell me this.
