I thought MT said we needed to cut expenses??? Now 17 more salaries??? Isn't that what the ATBMS JOB IS??? We just expanded ATBMS FROM 18-34!!
Shake my HEAD!!!!
 

Why not have smaller territories and one rep covering? I don't want a watered down version of myself handling my accounts! Docs don't like this, and offices are already confused with Butrans and HYS leads. The ATBM does nothing and now this other position?? Why? Doesn't anyone know about the importance of relationships? Why introduce a 90 day exp into the mix. More doors will close.

Because the people making these decisions are incompetent! looks who's been running this organization for the last 3-4 year. Morons! Floors 9 and 10 don't have the best and brightest anymore. Its been filled with cast-offs from big pharma

They r training and hiring these people as our replacements so once they are up and running the layoffs will occur. They have done this before! So hold on to your as$ They don't value reps longstanding relationships with doctors. They love to shake things up and piss everyone off! There are accountable that won't see a Purdue rep or won't write Hysingla because they are pissed at Purdue for laying off the local rep that had been calling on the office e for 10 or 12 years . Just watch what happens! They will keep the contract reps and lay off lonterm reps!
 
We are expected to train our replacements. They will run the pilot for 6 months and bring in new reps when butrans goes generic. It's not like Purdue has ever had a layoff, as per MT. I could care less about this company but they care less about me!
