I'm sure SBO is very attractive to a company with little or no extremity line. CMF has a couple decent products.

You have to be willing to be acquired first. The owners are so clueless that Medtronic could offer $2B and they would say no. They have probably never heard of MDT. "Why would a home security company want to buy us?"
