17 months in and it is clear that Adrian;

has no plan
hires only cronies who bring little value
does not respect the culture that built this company
will preside over the death of this organization
will walk away with millions in shareholder money while generating negative returns

Very well done Board of Directors.

Completely Agree! Not the Book of Aux, but the Bank of AUX for the BOD.

Ah remember that stupid meeting very well. That was the "breakthrough" meeting that was to set the tone for the culture at AA's new book of Aux...well since then the only thing that we have consistently broke thru are new 52 week lows for our dogsh** stock. If you recall he actually used the same slide sets from his previous company meetings just changed the name..

That was a joke. The Kos logo was shown twice in that presentation. And he recycled the entire stage act 2 or 3 times before using it here. Who does that?

a person who thinks they are smarter then everyone else and has little regard for the people at the bottom who actually do the work. The old management team showed their appreciation in a much more meaningful way.

as somebody that has stock options I am angry with decisions being made here!!!!
it feels like it is not a real company they do not care about the bottom line only about employing the ones they choose something is not right here

Everything was better. Sales, comp, stock price, culture, morale, turnover...
Fk...do you even work here? If so, must be a new hire. Sorry but you can't even understand how a handful of HQ execs drove this into the ground. Things weren't perfect before but it is a train wreck right now.

And you think Armando Anido was any better? Now that arrogant bastard is a real joke. Look what he has done at Nupathe in less than a year.

Crappy financing that diluted everyone but the board and Armando; lay off 50% of the employees and wait for a partner to show up who will tell him how to commercialize an un-reimbursable patch.

Meanwhile, he lines his pockets.

Options were still worth something with Anido.
Who cares? He's been gone for over a year and a half..

We've been hemorrhaging revenue, employees and stock value since then.
And no one has any confidence that is changing anytime soon.

the biggest failure is the stink gel decreasing 4quarters
execs on that side should be tossed ASAP

Ya and the Xiaflex team has been rockin it since that fat pos MS came over...before him at least we were not losing market share to surgery. He is big pharma and knows absolutely nothing about selling a specialty injectable...
