Coach you team and DO NOT tell them how it should be done. We, as reps count on you so we can grow with the company. If you are reading this and 1-2 reps, not including CFAMs were offered positions, then look at your own skills as a leader.

So basically you are saying that everyone stinks because I highly doubt anybody had more than 1-2 reps in their regions move on
