Jazz Pharmaceuticals practices ageism! This company doesn’t even want to interview someone over the age of 40 that has a lot of experience within a disease state!
Coming from a female over 40 perspective that has worked here for a few years..I would have to disagree. The only selection of people that I don't see much of are white males, and males in general, regardless of age. So maybe that is you and you are also over 40. Not sure if it is intentional by the company or that selection of the population just doesn't apply here. Probably something the company should look into.Jazz Pharmaceuticals practices ageism! I never really paid attention, but I definitely agree with you. Looking at my team there is only once guy and 7 of us females. I see a similar pattern amongst the other teams in my division.
