Coming from a female over 40 perspective that has worked here for a few years..I would have to disagree. The only selection of people that I don't see much of are white males, and males in general, regardless of age. So maybe that is you and you are also over 40. Not sure if it is intentional by the company or that selection of the population just doesn't apply here. Probably something the company should look into.

I never really paid attention, but I definitely agree with you. Looking at my team there is only once guy and 7 of us females. I see a similar pattern amongst the other teams in my division. Great observation.

My experience:
Ageism? No. For a launch in 2020 about 40 reps were brought in and I’d say 80-90% of them were over age 40.

Sexism? For sure. Most regions are female majority.

Wokeism? From the top down, California values on full display.

Monday morning wokeism video is not the way to start each week. The DEIB initiative does not include inclusion or belonging here unless you follow the political views of Bruce which are becoming fewer as the political narrative changes.

the industry is woke. Most companies only hire females. No white males over 30 for sure.
