Let me clear things up !

AHI is not buying or merging with Midwest. Butler or MWI will be buying Midwest in late 2012 or 1st quarter 2013.

AHI does not have the $$$ to buy Midwest but Butler or MWI sure do.

When this happens it will make things very difficult for AHI to stay in business .
