AI implementation...thoughts?








As one using this tool, I would say the idea behind it is reasonable, data and suggestions are helpful, worth trying out new targets, however the customer data should've been cleaned up, as it is wasting a lot of time doing repetitive work that has already ben done over time. The problem lies mostly in overbearing implementation by overzealous AVPs who want 100% reach/adherence and are using it to terrorize the sales force. The administration of this tool takes more time, but the field isn't given any admin time, causing us to cut into our personal time. This should be used a suggestive helpful tool and not something that will cause explanation phone calls with AVP or negative points on performance reviews if you aren't executing perfectly. 5 cents from the field
