Listen the pharmacy uptake over this last year at Alcon consists of about 5 tenured pharma reps and the rest never did it before.

market access is all scripted and it’s all primary care FTF drop off formulary crap.

anyone at Arie on market access if you like working for the most inflexible no creativity no passion department then join right in. But you will be terminated anyways before they absorb you.

Alcon is a big machine that has no interest in ideas, creativity, or the people. Though they spend thousands on DI it’s a show.

not a single office I’ve asked can tell me who their alcon rep is.
 


They don’t know or have a thing good to say about the Alcon rep in almost every territory. These same reps are the ones that have been all of a sudden showing up at the offices the last 6-8 weeks after barely ever going in.
