Obviously some high level turnover in recent months...Alex stepped down after an investigation into his reimbursement and personal conduct. Keith left earlier this year, but Pat took over. CFO change a year ago too. Does anyone care? Does this change your outlook on the direction of the company?
 










The top in Nuvasive knew it was coming for awhile....it's why they been dumping their stock in the beginning of the last 3-4 months.

Medtronic filing in Federal Court to get Nuva's patented method of surgery.....the patent thrown out.....ouch....Nuva did kinda help itself to the method from a California college...American way?

Anyways Japanese scientists found out doing an Xlif on the bottom vertebrae of people with 6 lower vertebrae caused severe physical damage in younger people with unfused coccyx....the coccyx doesn't fuse until 35+ yrs old...doing an Xlif on L5-L6 on them changes the force applied in the coccyx on those unfused vertebrae inside the coccyx.....and causes a condition where the coccyx/hips start closing in on the genitalia.....effecting blood flow...causing other conditions.

NUVA's gold mine is over. She's been built up...mined out....now to be gutted and sold to the next sucker. Their board of Directors only has 1 ace in its sleeve to keep them going.....blackmail someone to keep the money going in or else they blab about the RFID research program where RFIDs were put inside the Coroent XL for a Federal Research project.......researchers hitting those RFIDs with energy caused the Coroent XL to leach toxic plastic leachings into patients bodies?.....now there is a super secret they could get killed for if they leaked it....who authorized it?
 




clearly the board wanted Alex gone. after losing talent like Valentine, it was time to make the move and they used expense accounting and personnel issues to do it. I am sure there was a private jet refueling charge for a trip to NY to see the play Memphis. time will tell if Greg Lucier is dressing up for a sale or really wants to run the company long term.
 


Don't put RFIDs in plastic spine spacers even if you think it's the "in" thing to do....secret research went bad. Buh bye Alex. only reason they went after nuvasive. Was some Joint Navy/Apple black project.
 








Nuvasive still has profitability because of the rfid research......putting rfid's in the Coroent XL...energizing the rfid's released Bakelite plastic from the peek plastic...poisoning people. Japan-US came up with an antidote from the research project. Track people.....poison them if you want to.....cure them if they got the money. Nuvasive is fine.......was done on veterans....they can't sue....no liability. In 100 years lots of people who died from xlif's will be dug up an studied....what is the toxicity left in their decayed bodies.....DuPont can't hold the patent forever....

Wow, what a bunch of crap. Keep dreaming up conspiracy theories...it's really entertaining. Nuvasive has profitability because it has continued to take market share, every single year.
