Alkermes 2.0

The Good Old Boy Network is back at it hiring the "people they know" rather than good qualified passionate individuals in the field. Braeburn was so afraid of being Indivior 2.0 that they have transitioned to Alkermes 2.0. How will these sales reps have creditability in the field after stating that antagonist treatment is best for patients. Cross your fingers this drug sells itself!

Hey when you are interviewing ask them how many times they have brought people on board only to let them go and how many offers they gave that they didn’t honor. Oh and ask why it’s been three years since their tentative approval?

Agree with the first post. This company has been a shit show for years. When your interviewing ask how many times they hired brought people on them let them go since their tentative approval three years ago. Ask them why they don’t honor previous job offers.

Also ask about remediation of contract manufacturer issues. Word on street is mfg issues, stability and API challenges. Hard to launch a product that’s not available. Don’t want to be a company that launches and then do a recall… you will be done before you begin

Won’t be launching until late September. We’ll have plenty of product.

False. Wouldn’t have gotten approval if that was the case.

And by December you’ll still have plenty of product because no one is going to buy this second tier medication. You guys are not on Formulary and do not have access to any state funding. Good luck with that. Lol lol lol lol

FDA doesn’t require defined manufactured quantities for approval it is based on trial endpoints. You clearly don’t have product produced hence the major lag of approval to launch which indicates mfgr issues. Good luck with that one, you will probably mess up serialization too.

Received 2 CRL’s for manufacturing issues. Worked closely with FDA to resolve and ready to launch. Worried much?

You have no idea what you’re talking about. Obviously an Indivior employee.

You can hire the best reps out there, fix the manufacturing issues, focus on CJ, but you will never convince those who actually work with clients in the CJ system that maintence on any opioid is what’s best for patients. Yes they may do it because they’re forced to. But overall they despise it because they get to actually see how it’s working. They don’t get paid on sales of anything. They get paid to supervise and try to rehabilitate. Thus, they believe in what they witness. Good luck with that.

Only desperate losers would take this gig selling this dud. You obviously would not work for Derkass unless you had no options. Let's chat 90 days after launch about those sales numbers. Ready with your excuses? Derkass will downsize you and blame you for the launch.
