IPO offer to senior level staff? It certainly doesn’t feel like we are all in this together. All animals are equal, but some are more equal than others it seems. I think I can see how the new elanco will look, it doesn’t look like respect for people.

Then you also prob shouldn’t make a generalized statement and clarify that as the majority of Elanco employees did receive options.
