Great on paper, but It's not really an all inside procedure as u typically need to drill out of both cortices (lateral fem. and anterior tib.)...Good Marketing as usual. Other than that, things can get messy when passing suture/graft into tibial tunnel/socket. Not worth the time (a quick all inside case is an hour and 10 minutes) in my opinion, but overall its a "Cosmetic Procedure" that reduces the need for larger incisions.
