This is one of the most confused business sales operations I’ve seen. They rest on their legacy of disposable scopes, while the competition has developed better products that will eventually take over the market.

Toxic leadership with no sense of reality as to what the market really wants. It’s as if they want to make innovative pencils when the world wants tablets. No clue.

Their is no value for the reps, and this is stated in the growth expectations and comp plan. My manager was terrific, but that is a rare occurrence.

Run from the company unless you are desperate for a job. And if you do take it, keep your resume fresh…you won’t be there long.
