How are you guys doing out there?

Conference call Monday at 8am, Tuesday 8am and 4pm, Wednesday 4pm, Thursday 4pm. Not to mention a Business Development meeting every week for 2 hours talking about how we are going to get business, when no one in town wants to use us. Ignore the fact our operations stink and plan events/ call bingo. Got to love oblivious leadership and being micro managed for reasons out of your control.

I have a budget of $200 how am I supposed to develop relationships with Doctors with pens and pads??????

Getting ridiculous poor upper management and old school thinking is what’s happening. Till they address true obstacles we will remain flat or down

Well same here at Heatland/HCR ManorCare....this job is way more complex than “calling” on dr....but guess we should be happy we have a job that pay $60-70k with a possible bonus and we get mileage reimbursement hahahahaha
