If you consider taking this job be sure to ask some simple basic questions:
Why is the turnover rate so high?
How many of your reps are at plan?
Why did the last rep leave? How long were they there? How long was the one before that there?
What is your background? the one that interviewed me was from copy machines, Really?
What is the average tenure for a rep with this company? 1 1/2 yrs (bad sign)
I asked all of these questions and that was the last that i heard from them. THey tell you they are expanding but the territories are always missing reps? How is that expansion, it is burn and churn.
