Animas

You'll fit in perfectly. Nearly everybody else has jumped ship or been rejected from their previous J&J companies. Marketing and sales leaders especially. Not a lot of original thinking but there is not really a need for it. Do about $200mm in sales which is a rounding error for the real opcos. They only exist as an appendage for Lifescan. If you think you'll come in and get away from the J&J style and management you're kind of right. You'll be managed to J&J standards but it doesn't really matter because of how little impact you really have within J&J.

This post is very accurate to the way it is at Animas. It used to be a very great place to work but as more and more have moved over from other opcos Animas is becoming closer to just another J&J company. As a side note Animas is part of the "diabetes franchise" but other than that has nothing to do with lifescan.

I am not sure you will fit in at animas right off the bat though.... you will need to hone your skills in ass kissing as well as build up the calluses on your knees. If you want to make it here it is not the amount of pumps you ship but the amount of ass you kiss.
