Another RIF

It's a sad state of affairs when a company who is already understaffed has another RIF of people who are core to the operation of the business. Just look at the OrthoWorld Annual Report of Orthopedic Companies and see that we are still losing market share. The RIF's are obviously working!?! Keep up the solid decision making guys - you're making all the correct decisions!

Disgruntled nothing it's just the facts! Bury your head in the sand dumbo, there are a couple of empty offices! Jim will soon be next.... incompetence breeds incompetence. Benny will not put up with missing quarterly numbers.

You seem to be in the know. How does he like the brown noser over there?

There are empty offices all over the place. And have been for a looong time. Doesn’t mean another RIF’s in place. Means people are wising up & bailing from this shit hole. If you wanna get mad at something, get mad at the chinks. They caused it all.

I don’t know about “Another RIF”, but there’s a definite DRIP-DRIP-DRIP of the work force being forced out. Hit especially hard are the back-bone components of the company, the hourly workers — commonly looked down upon, but nonetheless, the folks keeping the actual production going & products supplied. For evidence, don’t have to look any further than the Monday MicroPort Weekly.
