Another Straumann Shake Up - Enjoy

Today Straumann issued a memo to the entire company to announce that Marty Dymek no longer holds the position of supreme commander of Straumann North America. No reason was given for the change, but it has been suggested that the projection of a poor performance in Q1 2011 contributed.

No replacement has been named and the reports of Russ Olsen rushing in have been heavily discounted.

One bad quarter and the guy is shit canned? Jesus Christ, that is completely unreasonable, and would make me think that everyone's ass was one bad quarter away from the unemployment line. Sounds like a great place to work.

"and would make me think that everyone's ass was one bad quarter away from the unemployment line. "

So, what don't you understand about that? Missed your quarterly number?

BANG. DEAD.

1 shot, 1 kill.

Have a Nice Career.

Straumann has had such a hard on for market share vs Nobel that they have done some "irregular accounting" in order to take the number 1 spot. Guy Smiley, you know who you are, will be the next Jeffrey Skilling. House of cards

Neither Straumann nor Nobel have done any "irregular accounting", nor have any other of the major players in the industry or the minor players for that matter. Such statements show you for the ignorant fool that you are

What on Earth are you talking about? Have you been paying attention to the market? It didn't happen overnight, pal. This "house of cards" you speak of has been in business for more than 50 years.

Rumors has it he shall be replacing Niznick ay Sybron. Perhaps Danaheur has already had it with him. Pay off what is owed on ID and get rid of the old fool.

That Rumor was born and died here and now. Niznick is not leaving Sybron until he is good and ready and Marty wouldn't be considered as a replacement under any circumstance - Hell Russ would have a better shot at it and he's a proven loser

The guys at Sybron have secretly been looking for an alternative to Niznick, and Straumann is their main focus for obvious reasons. Niznick has never been the corporate player, and never will be. And as Danaher is the ultimate in corporate playing, Niznick fits like a nun in Phuket.

Straumann shouldn´t wonder when a couple of our top managers move on, its a money game, and Sybron is known for throwing money at those they want. Maybe Straumann should take some of Sybron´s managers and play the similar game, knowing their weaknesses and strategies while showing strength in our own implants and management.

If you were not in Cologne last week, you can't make the statement you made.......

Bring in top management, whether its from Straumann or elsewhere, get rid of Niznick and Sybron could be a player. Niznick is a huge detriment to the company, needs to go. You will never change his personality disorder.

Marty has way too much class to ever land at Implant Direct although there is no doubt he could stabilize the company and make it a success.

Yeah, Marty, take your “class” and come back to us - again! :)
Your old Nobel friends are still here and Jimmy G’s pockets are waiting to be reopened again.Few additional millions for a couple of new Power Point presentations- is that in line with your class?

Maybe Marty knows something about how to work with Niznick and about Implant Direct's future that you do not.

I don't think you have to know much to make Implant Direct's future bright. Dr. Niznick has the company's employee morale so beat up that anything Marty does is going to be looked upon as a godsend. Marty has a very easy task at hand. In fact, anyone could make a positive difference so long as Dr. Niznick steps aside. Its like when George W. Bush left the White House.....anybody was considered an upgrade.

"If you don't like us "Americans" then go back to whatever hell hole of a country you came from and stay! We are "full of ourselves" because this is still a better place to live than where you came from. I think you are jealous of us Americans!"

Barama rama Ding-Dong (currently on vacation again) and his crew of perpetual scemers, fraudsters, pimps and losers are looking for people Just Like You to serve your wonderful country in exotic places. Why not Step Up and enlist? For a laser-like intellect like you, I would suggest the Few, the Proud, the Marines.

You and your flag-waving r*****s are thoroughbreds.

America: Nation of Nothing and serial Nobodies (especially in the dental 'business').
