I'm looking at PXL after the disaster of a decision to go to Inventiv from Quintiles. So I've had a decent amount of CRO experience.

Do any current or former CRA's have any info that would be helpful to someone making the decision between a few offers?

There is a 30% attrition rate among CRAs here. This is the last CRO most CRAs end up at. I've been here 2 years and am leaving for a position with 50% of the pay as working in this chaotic place just isn't with it. I've never been at a CRO that just makes it all up as they go along, more than here.
