Trying to get a pulse check if there is any recourse or options for staff that are being penalized for being non-compliant with the on-site directives. The ELT is spinning a false narrative that there is no punitive actions when in fact there are many...no promotions, no EE during review process, no internal transfers, no rewards and recognitions (including Shining Star), no travel. And now when we thought it couldn't get worse we are hearing that poor ratings during the review in March are being discussed as well as little to no bonus. Also no severance for non-compliant staff.
Is this legal? Am wondering if there are enough of us to take a stand/legal action, would we have a solid case?
