Now this discussion is interesting.....when will we see change. The fact is that you won't see change until the ITLT has its back against the wall and has no choice but to look in the mirror. Most of them can't change this place because they have been here too long, they don't know how to change and when they see change, they run from it. New people come in here full of spit and vinegar only to find out that the number of relics in leadership outnumber them 10-to-1 and they eventually either give up (then quit) or join the crowd.
Want to drive to real change? Quit - seriously, the place doesn't change until enough frontline people to actually do the work walk out and expose the ITLT. Without people to manipulate and scare they will have to do the work themselves and finally the truth comes out.....they really don't know how to do anything.
