Lilly's 3rd party health database coolector may not protect your privacy -- as they do not carry all your questionnaireover the http ass session. So somebody in internet will gladly look at your information, and posibly able to alter. This could be one of the defence if you fail to get hired and do something with info. Also, the 3rd party does not save your private data in SHA encrypted..so...anyone can get your data by malforming http or mysql, as recently happened to Greg Hågŀund of Rootķit and HBGåry whose whole database is available to look on some torrent site.
