Anyone going to Orlando next week for final interview?

Went to Orlando.... What a waste of time. What a weird interview format. Their little holding rooms where you sit there alone waiting for someone to "retrieve" you. All I know is I feel sorry for anyone that has to work in the northwest, that manager is a whack job.

please share more. Did they interview multiple people for any given position? Did said manager have the initials DH? What constitutes whack job?

Long day of sit and wait for interview. Interviewers didn't have much time and they were rushed. I was told up to a week to get offer by R.D. whom I interviewed with after waiting for 3.5 hours to see...It seems like a great opportunity for those that are offered a job. The recruiter said by the end of the week should know something. I believe today is the last round of interviews. There were two people for each position.

The "holding rooms" were classic for everyone. Good to get to know some of the other candidates and their backgrounds. Look forward to the offer! Any details please pass along. BTW - AZ brings a different dynamic to biotech.

Did everyone have multiple interviews on site ?

I had two interviews. One with two abl's and one with the regional. Some didn't get the opportunity. I'll be curious to see what happens. It seemed a little disjointed and they were obviously frazzled. Should know something Friday.

I actually felt like the interview process was very professional. I also had two interviews, one with 2 managers and the other with the regional. This feels like a great opportunity.
