8 Reps gone since the Chicago Meeting, with that many people exiting stage left only means management is clueless! This company is a revolving door on it and they will tell you anything you want to hear in a interview to get you hear, I should know I was only hear very briefly and had other interviews and offers going on so I was able to Flush this one and move on to some thing better.

Neals a douche. However Kedrion was doomed for mediocrity when they hired the Lamb to oversee everything. He hired a lot of people that either didn't know the business, were incompetent or had bounced around from a million companies because they were "recruited out" aka shit canned. Keep trying to spin the sales numbers mgmt. oh wait you can't anymore. Have fun explaining your incompetence to Italy.
 


Ps....SH is not in charge. He is the manager of the highly talented koate specialist group that in 6 months has sold no new business. More amazing strategic planning.

I agree with the first two statements but that be the rehires that they brought on board, most of the original people left, not shit canned because they knew trying to sell Koate-DVI was doomed from the get go. No new indications that they need and a product that hasn't been really promoted in decades. All the original people, that got moved over from Talecris were highly talented and most were top reps, they all knew the business and had been there for some time. Now the rehires are a different story. This is your typical finger pointing down the stream, for incompetent management that plagues this board on a daily basis.

That pretty much sums it up for everyone! Hard to sell a product that actually killed people, yeah they improved it "slightly" but Bayer pawned it off years ago and Talecris pawned it off to you guys. If anyone is going to use a Plasma product, its going to be the one that is studied and has a much better track record of being safe and in my practice I use "Alphanate" if I use a plasma product. I just met with one of your reps, and she started talking about VWD, and she pretty much started selling it to me via off label dancing around the whole subject like she was doing the Tennesee Waltz.
