When is is ok for the VP of Sales and an RVP to be in a strip joint with surgeons while at a national
conference??? What kind of a message does that send to the field and our female co-workers?

Major violation and which is black and white and in every companies hand book of illegal - including the DOJ

Two weeks and still nothing?
I see how this works, its ok for corporate employees to violate "MPO" policies, but if a rep was reported he/she would be gone already!!!!!!! Believe that
 






Thread should be - When is it ok to resect 15mm off the medial posterior condyle for a primary knee?
What surgeon in his right mind / patients well being is ok with such large bone resections with this knee system. Its F***en unbelievable how much bone it resects for a simple primary.
There is a reason corperate employees are "wining and dining" surgeons in strip clubs
 




Haven’t heard about a mass exodus or fallout everywhere. What the MPO Arlington folks should worry about is money. Or rather, the lack thereof. Unless the financial situation (read: predicament) improves quickly & dramatically, another round of layoffs is imminent. Pay special attention to the monthly memos coming from The Big Guy in Boston. Learn how to read & parse both what is being said, as well as what is NOT being said. Keep your eyes & ears open & carefully tuned to what may seem like odd or even ridiculous management moves & decisions. Things are not at all well with MPO.
